Rental Property Update
Due to the lifting of restrictions I will now start viewings under strict guidelines.
As a result, if you want to view a property you will need to complete a form which I will send you via Facebook or email.
- This form will ask if you have had any Covid-19 symptoms.
- It will also ask if you have been furloughed, as this may affect how much you can rent for.
- It will also provide guidance for social distancing whilst on the viewing.
All enquires for viewings will only be accepted once you have completed the form so please message me via Facebook or email, firstname.lastname@example.org.
I will start posting new rental properties when they come available.
Please remember that I have introduced this system for your safety, as well as mine.
Tenants and landlords
Tenants - I will do my very best to help you find the most suitable property to rent. The market has been very busy for the last few years, and seems to be getting busier!
If you need any advice about the rental market then please ask me. It can be very daunting to rent for the first time, with regards to references, tenancy agreements, utility bills notice periods etc, so do feel free to get in touch. Please take a look at my page, specifically for tenants.
Landlords - Finding the right tenant and not just any tenant is key to doing the job properly. I work on my own and do not employ any staff, so you will always deal with the owner of the business and not different staff members each time you ring! I have been in the property market for over 30 years, so I think there will be very few situations that I have not come across! Having worked for a large corporate firm of estate agents I left to set up Vaux Mandeville Estate Agents back in the 1990's. After several years I decided I wanted to focus fully on lettings and property management, which I have done for the last 18 years. As I work on my own and do not employ any staff, you will always receive my personal attention.

My philosophy is that clients prefer a personal service and are tired of being treated like a number by indifferent staff who really don't seem to care.
Many estate agents 'got into' lettings when the sales market was so quiet. The same agents who wouldn't have bothered a few years ago. So who would you prefer to look after your investment - someone with 30 years experience or someone with just a few months?
